Element NT ("the platform") is the broker portal of the Element Real Estate network, operated by Element for Real Estate Marketing, Cairo, Egypt. This policy covers the elementnet.io website and the Element NT mobile application.

What we collect

• Broker account data: your name, email address, phone number and company, provided when the Element team creates your login or when you apply to join the network.
• Client records you enter: names, phone numbers and interest details of the clients you register (leads, CILs, site visits, quotes and deals). You are responsible for having your client's consent to register them.
• Usage data: standard technical logs (IP address, device type, pages viewed) used for security and to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To operate the broker platform: your pipeline, inventory access, commissions and network features.
• To route and follow up the client interests you register with the Element sales operation and partner developers.
• To contact you about your account, deals and commissions.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use the mobile app to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app requests no advertising permissions.

Sharing

Client interest records are shared with the relevant developer or the Element sales team as part of registering and protecting your deal. Service providers that host our infrastructure process data on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

Account and deal records are kept while your membership is active and as required for commercial record-keeping. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time.
